Eating Disorders, Chronic Dieting, Body Dysmorphia
I know from my own personal struggles with body image that it is miserable to live inside a body that you don’t accept, often disrespect, and feel disgust towards because it is not living up to societal expectations.
The war with your body is a war with yourself. It is nearly impossible to feel good about your mind and soul while despising the other third of you.
Together let’s STOP the body war and fill up life with meaning and purpose.
I can help you recover and rebuild your relationship with food and your body.
Focusing on Health at Every Size (HAES) and body competence will help you learn how to accept, respect, appreciate, trust and yes, even love your whole self as you make the changes you desire.
If you’re one of those people struggling with their body image, I see you and I am here to help you walk off that battlefield when you’re ready!

Healthy nutrition, regular exercise and quality sleep support the process of cognitive change and can make it easier to do. Together we can develop a personalized plan for you to gain mental wellness throughout various stages of life.
